The Celestial Holy Books. Revealed Books
It is obligatory to believe in all the Celestial Books (revealed books) that God revealed to some Prophets ; all the revealed books call to follow the religion of Islam which is the only true religion. The only book that was not falsified is the Qur'ân which is in the Arabic language. It is not permissible to translate the Qur’ân literally, word by word. However, we translate the meaning of the verses according to the interpretations of true Islamic scholars.

Islam is a condition of acceptance of good deeds
To have a good belief is a condition for the acceptance of good works. So without the good belief of Islam, there is no reward in the hereafter. Allâh Ta`âlâ said: { مَثَلُ الّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَرَمَادٍ اشْتَدّتْ بِهِ الرِّيحُ فِي يَوْمٍ عَاصِفٍ } which means: « The works of those who disbelieved, are like ashes carried away by the wind, a stormy day », [surat Ibrâhîm / 'âyah 18].

Prophet Zakariya and Birth of Mariam Mary Jesus’s Mother

The Amazing Signs during the Birth of the Prophet Muḥammad
Many signs accompanied the honorable birth of the Prophet. Al-BayHaqiyy, Ibn `Asakir and others narrated from the route of Hani’ ِl-Makhzumi that he said, « On the night of the birth of the Messenger of Allâh, the palace of Kisra (the King of the Persians) shook and fourteen balconies fell from it.
