He also claimed people had been following the shirk for six-hundred years and he revived their Religion for them!!

The Sin of Hurting the Parents

Hurting one’s parents immensely (`uquq) is among the major sins. Allâh threatened the one who does it with severe torture in Hellfire. This means to harm either or both parents immensely (causing them a lot of pain). Hurting one’s parents is unlawful whether it is severe or light.

How to Perform the Five Obligatory Prayers

There are five prayers which must be performed by the Muslims and are called obligatory prayers. They are Dhuhr (Noon) prayer, `Asr (afternoon) prayer, Maghrib (sunset) prayer, `Ishaa’ (Nightfall) prayer and Fajr (Dawn) prayer. It is a great sin to neglect performing any of these obligatory prayers. Among the merits of performing the obligatory prayers is that one’s small sins, which may be committed between prayers, are forgiven.

Sins of the Tongue in Islam

The tongue is one of many endowments Allâh bestowed upon His slaves. Although the tongue is a tiny organ, the person who uses it to comply with the orders of Allâh, the teachings of the Qur’ân, and the teachings of the Prophet may earn blessings in this world and the in Hereafter. However, the one who uses his tongue in disobedience to Allâh would not be displaying thankfulness to Allâh and would be heading towards his own destruction. Certainly, being thankful to Allâh means not to use the endowments bestowed by Allâh in what is forbidden. One needs to know the sins of the tongue could be small or enormous.

Riya’ Insincerity the Sin of the Heart

The heart is the leader of the organs ; if the heart is devoted to piety then the rest of the organs will follow its lead, and consequently, the person will become pious ; likewise, if the heart is corrupted, the rest of the organs will follow in corruption, and consequently, the person will become a sinner. So fear Allâh and work for the Day of Judgement, the day which Allâh described in the Qur’ân as being: « The day where assets and offspring serve no benefit, only the one who has come with a sound heart will profit. »
