L’avortement en Islam
L’avortement en Islam est strictement interdit après 120 jours de grossesse car l’âme a été insufflée conformément au ḥadīth (ceci est un grand péché car c’est un homicide), mais avant 120 jours de grossesse c’est permis selon certains savants sans dévoiler la zone de pudeur (avec des médicaments par exemple).
