Allâh created the universe, He exists before the space and the time. God exists without place and does not depend on time. We do not say "where" or "when" or "how" about Allâh.

Allâh exists without a place. He created the universe and willed for the existence of time. He is not bound by time or designated with place. The development is a sign of needing others, and the one who needs others is not God. There is absolutely nothing like Allâh whatsoever, and He has the attributes of Hearing and Seeing.

The Meaning of Ayatu l-Kursiyy Tafsir
Allâh is the One Who is the Only God. He is the One Who is attributed with an eternal and everlasting Life (which is without soul, body, blood, bones or need for food). He is the One Who manages the world and does not need any one and every one needs Him. He is not seized with somnolence or sleep. To Him belongs what is in the heavens and Earth. No one will intercede, on the Day of Judgment, except with His permission.

The Mental Proof that Allah (God) Exists
This universe is created, it is born, it needs who created it and who makes it change. This world with all the creations it contains must have a creator who is alive, attributed to the will, knowledge and power ; and it is Allah taʿālâ. Allah is the creator of all things existing. Allah existed without beginning, that is, before creating creation. There was nothing with Allah: no place, no space, no sky, no Earth, no light and no darkness. The Meaning tafsir of surat al-’Ikhlāṣ
Al-Hāfiḍh Ibnou Ḥajar said in his book Fatḥou l-Bārī: Al-Bayhaqiyy reported in al-’Asmā’ wa ṣ-ṣifāt with a ḥaçan transmission chain according to Ibnu ʿAbbās that the disbelievers came to the prophet and he Say, tell us your Lord, whom you worship. The most eminent of the graces which will be given to people of the paradise when they will be for the paradise, they will see Allah taʿâlâ. What is Islam ? Meaning of Islam
Linguistically, Islam means submission. According to Islamic terminology, Islam means a specified submission. It is the submission to what the prophet brought. This takes place by uttering the THE TWO TESTIFICATIONS OF FAITH. Belief, on the other hand, linguistically means certitude. According to Islamic terminology, it means a specified certitude. It is to accept as true what the prophet brought. The least of Belief is to belief in the THE TWO TESTIFICATIONS OF FAITH. Islam and Belief cannot be disassociated. One of them is not accepted without the other, although their original meaning are not identical. Imam Abu Hanifah said in Al-Fiqh Al-’Akbar: "Islam is not acceptable without Belief and Belief is not accepted without Islam. They are like the front of something and its back." Islam is the Religion of all the prophets.
