The conditions of prayer are the matters that are not part of the prayer, but must be satisfied before starting the prayer.
It is invalid to divide the inheritance of a deceased person or to sell the inheritance until the debts and the zakât which was obligatory on him have been fulfilled. Something may be sold to pay off a debt or fulfill the will. The expenses of performing Hajj and `Umrah on behalf of the deceased must be taken out if the Hajj and `Umrah were obligatory on him and he did not perform them. The inheritance is like a collateral held for that purpose.
We believe in every âyah of the Qur'an just as it was revealed, but what we object to is the mistranslations produced by many others under the claim that they are trying to help others by teaching them about Islam. An ignorant person, many times he tries to do something good, but all that he ends up doing is something bad. Also take note that the distribution of so-called translations of the Qur’ân is not how Islaam was spread.
Also note that it is obligatory upon individuals who fulfil certain conditions to pay Zakah of Fitr. Zakah of fitr is an obligation on every Muslim who is alive at the end of Ramadan and the beginning of Shawwâl. In other terms if someone is alive when the sun sets on the last day of RamaDân, that is until after the sun sets, then the zakah of fitr is due on this person.
The high status of knowledge has been clearly established in Islam through explicit texts in the Qur'an and the Hadith as well as in the writings of the scholars of Islam. Allâh said in Surat Al-Mujadalah, Ayah 11 which means: « Allâh raises the ranks of those among you who believe and those who were granted the knowledge. » Also, Allâh said in Surat Az-Zumar, Ayah 9 which means: « Those who know are not the same as those who do not know. » In the hadith related by Al-Bayhaqiyy, the Messenger of Allâh MuHammad Sallâ lLâhou `alayhi wa sallam said which means: « Seeking the knowledge of the Religion is obligatory on every Muslim. »

Becomes a blasphemer who attributes to God the son, and even the one who attributes to God the space or time or change or organs or mood or direction or whatever is attributes of creatures. Becomes a disbeliever whoever claims to be a non-Muslim or support the disbelief or approves the disbelief or denies the law of God or belittles it or one of the prophets or angels, or attributes to him disbelief.
Blasphemy is the opposite of belief, just as darkness is the opposite of light. It is of three types: likening God to the creation (tashbih), contradicting (takdhib), and denying (ta^til). Blasphemers are of two types: one is the original blasphemer, the other one is the apostate (murtadd).
`Uzayr, whose story was briefly mentioned in the Qur’ân, was a pious Muslim from the descendents of Prophet Israel i.e. Ya`qub. We bring you his story in detail because of what it shows of God’s great Might.

In Islam if someone wants to report word contrary to Islam, he must use the reported speech by saying for example the author said or someone said so-and-so. Similarly in writing, he must write the author said before reporting what is contrary to Islam. Similarly, the reported speech is used before playing an audio or a video in which it is mentioned things contrary to Islam and before displaying writings contrary to Islam on a screen or before printing them, by saying for example I show what the author said...
After the belief in Allâh and His Messenger, the prayer is the best deed. Allâh made five prayers obligatory upon every pubescent, sane Muslim within the night and day. One has to be keen to perform them. Also, one must learn how the time of each prayer begins and how it ends. It is a duty to check the times of prayers by observation and it is not enough to rely on a schedule based on the simple calculation.
Allâh said in the Qur’ân, which means: « Allâh is the One Who has sent down to the Prophet the Book that contains muHkamat ayat, which are the foundation of the Book, and other ayat which are mutashabihat. Those who have perversity in their hearts, they follow the mutashabihat ayat seeking discord and searching for unbefitting meanings based on their delusions. No one knows their true meanings except Allâh and those who are firmly rooted in the knowledge of the Religion. The latter say, “We believe in it, all of it is from our Lord and none will understand the message except men of comprehension”. » [sûrât ‘Âli `Imrân, ayah 7]

Among the merits of performing the obligatory prayers is that one’s small sins, which may be committed between prayers, are forgiven.
Islam constitutes rights for woman as it does for men. This fairness is clearly stated in the Holy Qur’an. Allâh said in Surat Al-Baqarah Ayah 228 This glorious Ayah indicates that men are bound to rights and duties, which they have to give to woman, as woman are bound to rights and duties, which they have to give to men, as ordered by Allâh the Exalted.
The Muslim must have the proper purification (Taharah) before performing the prayers. This comprises the removal of filthy substances (najas) and performing wudu’ (ablution) or ghusl (full shower).
The beginning of the month of Ramadan, as well as the end of the month, is determined by sighting the crescent. If the crescent was not sighted, then the month would be completed by thirty days, as is the case with determining all the months of the lunar calendar. This is taken from the Hadîth of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلّم related by Al-Bukhâriyy and Muslim: « لا تَقَدَّمُوا رَمَضانَ بِيَومٍ أَوْ يَومَين صُوموا لرؤيتِه وأفطِرُوا لرُؤيتِه فإنْ غُمَّ علَيكم فأكْمِلوا عِدَّةَ شَعبانَ ثلاثينَ يوما », which means: « Do not fast one or two days before RamaDân. Start the month when you see the crescent, and end it when you see the crescent. If you are blocked from seeing it, then complete thirty days of Sha`bân. »

One becomes a Muslim by believing in the Two Testifications of Faith and uttering them with the intention of leaving out blasphemy. The Two Testifications of Faith are: I testify that no one is God except God and I testify that MuHammad is the prophet of God. If someone does not know how to say MuHammad he can call the prophet by Abu l-Gaacim: no one is God except God and Abu l-Gaacim is the prophet of God.
