Laws and Rules of inheritance in Islam
It is invalid to divide the inheritance of a deceased person or to sell the inheritance until the debts and the zakât which was obligatory on him have been fulfilled. Something may be sold to pay off a debt or fulfill the will. The expenses of performing Hajj and ʿUmrah on behalf of the deceased must be taken out if the Hajj and ʿUmrah were obligatory on him and he did not perform them. The inheritance is like a collateral held for that purpose.

The Meaning of Ayatu l-Kursiyy Tafsir
Allâh is the One Who is the Only God. He is the One Who is attributed with an eternal and everlasting Life (which is without soul, body, blood, bones or need for food). He is the One Who manages the world and does not need any one and every one needs Him. He is not seized with somnolence or sleep. To Him belongs what is in the heavens and Earth. The Signs of the approach of the Day of Judgment
There are minor signs and major signs. The minor indications, are what take place first and as the time draws closer to the Day of Judgment ; the major indications will follow the minor signs. These chain of minor signs will not happen in a short span of time, they are expected to continue prevailing over thousands of years leading into the time when major signs will begin to appear one after the other in a short span of time.
