Laws and Rules of inheritance in Islam
It is invalid to divide the inheritance of a deceased person or to sell the inheritance until the debts and the zakât which was obligatory on him have been fulfilled. Something may be sold to pay off a debt or fulfill the will. The expenses of performing Hajj and ʿUmrah on behalf of the deceased must be taken out if the Hajj and ʿUmrah were obligatory on him and he did not perform them. What is Islam ? Meaning of Islam
Linguistically, Islam means submission. According to Islamic terminology, Islam means a specified submission. It is the submission to what the prophet brought. This takes place by uttering the THE TWO TESTIFICATIONS OF FAITH. Belief, on the other hand, linguistically means certitude. According to Islamic terminology, it means a specified certitude. Imam Abu Hanifah said in Al-Fiqh Al-’Akbar: "Islam is not acceptable without Belief and Belief is not accepted without Islam. They are like the front of something and its back." Islam is the Religion of all the prophets.

Islam is a condition of acceptance of good deeds
To have a good belief is a condition for the acceptance of good works. So without the good belief of Islam, there is no reward in the hereafter. Allâh Taʿâlâ said: { مَثَلُ الّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِرَبِّهِمْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ كَرَمَادٍ اشْتَدّتْ بِهِ الرِّيحُ فِي يَوْمٍ عَاصِفٍ } which means: « The works of those who disbelieved, are like ashes carried away by the wind, a stormy day », [surat Ibrâhîm / ’âyah 18].

Advice to whoever Reads so Called Qur’an Translations
We believe in every âyah of the Qur’an just as it was revealed, but what we object to is the mistranslations produced by many others under the claim that they are trying to help others by teaching them about Islam. An ignorant person, many times he tries to do something good, but all that he ends up doing is something bad. Also take note that the distribution of so-called translations of the Qur’ân is not how Islaam was spread.

The Holy Books

Understanding the Qur’ân Muḥkam and Mutashâbih Verses
Allâh said in the Qur’ân which means: « Allâh is the One Who has sent down to the Prophet the Book that contains muḥkamat ayat, which are the foundation of the Book, and other ayat which are mutashabihat. Those who have perversity in their hearts, they follow the mutashabihat ayat seeking discord and searching for unbefitting meanings based on their delusions. Lying is forbidden in Islam
