Predestination of Good and Evil. Destiny Qadar
It is a duty to believe that God has predestined and created good and evil, but Allah rewards good and does not reward evil. He is the creator of the acts of slaves, of their wills and of their intentions whether they be good or evil. Allah orders good and forbids the evil.

Allâh taʿâlâ said in the Qur’ân: which means: « You are the best of the nations to come forth to the people, ordering the lawful and forbidding the unlawful. » [Surat Al ʿImran, Ayah 110]. Warn Against Misguided Groups
Imam Al-Bayhaqiyy related the Prophet Muḥammad (Sallallahu ʿalayhi Wa Sallam) said: which means: « Until when will you hold back from exposing the one who commits enormous sins? How Does One Become a Muslim ? Convert to Islam
One becomes a Muslim by believing in the Two Testifications of Faith and uttering them with the intention of leaving out blasphemy. The Two Testifications of Faith are: I testify that no one is God except God and I testify that Muḥammad is the prophet of God. If someone does not know how to say Muḥammad he can call the prophet by Abu l-Gaacim: no one is God except God and Abu l-Gaacim is the prophet of God.
